Martinborough Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is right next to the holiday park and is open during the afternoons from mid November until March. There is also a playground next to Martinborough Square.
Once Upon a Farm
4kms out of Martinborough is Once Upon a Farm where you can feed and get close to a variety of friendly animals. Open September to May. 8 Backwater Road, Martinborough. Tel: 06 306 9231.
Pukaha Mount Bruce National Wildlife Centre
Approx 1 hour drive from Martinborough you can get close to some of New Zealand’s most threatened native birds, view kiwi in the nocturnal house, feed the eels at 1.30pm and the kaka at 3pm every day. We are proud to sponsor 4 hectares of native bush at Pukaha Mt Bruce to fund pest eradication programmes.

There are family friendly beaches at Castlepoint and Riversdale, 90 mins drive from Martinborough.
